TERMS AND CONDITIONS

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Cod, Certified, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We may extend credit to qualified businesses, schools and churches. Upon completion of credit application, terms are NET 10 days. Credit application processing time is approximately two weeks. COD shipments are subject to a fee of $14.95 which will be collected by UPS. Past due balances are subject to a finance charge of 1.75% per month. Online orders must be charged to Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express unless you have established an account. We charge a handling fee on all orders. There will be a $25.00 fee for any returned check.

MINIMUM ORDER

Our minimum order is $25.00 and any order under $75.00 will be charged a $5.00 processing fee.

SALES TAX

Funtastic is obligated to collect sales tax from Indiana customers for merchandise purchased for use and not for resale except when a non‐profit organization provides our office with a State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate at the time of purchase.

MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT

We cannot be responsible for breakage, damage or loss of merchandise while in transit. Damaged shipments are to be reported to the carrier immediately. Call us and we will ask the carrier to make an inspection and file a claim with them. The original cartons must be held for shipper inspection. In addition, breakage on inflates will not be credited due to nature, price and origin of merchandise.

SHIPMENTS RETURNED AS 'UNDELIVERABLE'

If your order is returned to us because the shipper was unable to deliver it for any reason other than our error, you will be issued credit for the merchandise only, less a 15% restocking feel. You are responsible for paying the shipping and handling costs.

SHIPPING TIME

All orders are shipped F.O.B. from our Fort Wayne facility by UPS Ground Service. COD, Next Day Air, Second Day Air or 3 Day Select Ground Service is also available on request. We will ship your order within 24 hours, excluding Saturday and Sunday.

SHIPPING COSTS

Freight charges are based on package weight and destination. Freight costs are determined after an order is pulled and packed.

TRACKING NUMBER

When you provide your email address, you can request receipt of an email notification from UPS with a number that will allow you to track your package by going to ups.com.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Funtastic Novelties can ONLY ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada. Alaska and Hawaii orders must be shipped Second Day Air and the increased cost incurred by you. Canada orders will be billed for freight from our warehouse and shipped via USPS. Any additional fees such as customs, brokers fees, negotiations or taxes incurred are your responsibility.

The prices quoted in our catalog and online are current at the time it is published. We apologize for any typographical errors in the catalog but cannot be responsible for them. Due to circumstances beyond our control, all prices, colors, packaging and minimum quantities are subject to change without notice. We recommend you confirm price and packaging when you place your order. The information and statements contained her are reliable to the best of our knowledge and should not be construed as a warranty or representation for which we assume legal responsibility. Users should exercise common sense and normal caution when using any product in this catalog. Our products are not intended for use by children under six years of age. Some products contain small parts and therefore constitute a choking hazard for children under the age of three.

 

RETURN POLICY

Merchandise purchased from Funtastic Novelties may be returned for credit toward your next purchase either to our store or by mail within 30 days of receiving it unless otherwise noted below. Additional guidelines are also noted below. All returns must have a Return Authorization number (RA#). To receive return authorization, please call our Customer Support personnel at 260‐482‐1566.

  • Items must be returned to Funtastic Novelties within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and unit quantity sold, i.e. dozen, gross, jar, unit, etc. (new, unused and free from damage).
  • Orders that are refused for delivery will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the return shipping costs (usually the same as the original shipping costs).
  • No refund will be given on original shipping costs.
  • Merchandise returned must be sent freight prepaid.
  • The above policy does not apply to these items: Candy, Inflates, Glow Products, Discounted or Close Out.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Funtastic Novelties, Inc. offers the following Limited Defective Policy.

If you discover a product does not work properly and are requesting credit, you must complete the following steps within 30 days of purchase:

Set the item aside in the original package then quickly inform us of the defective item and the count..

Funtastic will issue credit on your account toward the purchase of another item.

We reserve the right to request that you return the product to our warehouse to complete the credit process.
